Join our market study of the provision of legal services

This month we launched an online survey into how legal services are being delivered by barristers so that we can understand the current legal services market better. The survey provides an opportunity for participants to let us know how future regulation can promote improved business practices, service delivery and client experience. Responses will be treated confidentially and provided to us anonymously. To participate, please click the button below

The market survey is part of a series of consultations to identify the different ways organisations provide legal services to clients, both reserved and non-reserved activities, and services provided internally to facilitate legal services (for example clerking services). The findings will feed into a report exploring service delivery trends in the legal market. The report will be published early next year.

Please complete the online survey by 14 October. If you have any queries about the survey, please contact Luke Morris at Pye Tait Consulting, at l.morris@pyetait.com.
