Michael John Little

Called to the Bar by Lincoln's Inn in March 2010.

Following an undertaking given by Mr Little on 14 December 2018, Mr Little is suspended from his practice as a barrister pending a hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal. Mr Little is appealing the conviction that he received on 10 April 2018 and in the event that the conviction is set aside, the undertaking will cease 7 clear days after the BSB have been notified of the outcome in writing.

Date undertaking is effective from - 14 December 2018

Guy Rohan Sims

Called to the Bar by Middle Temple in July 2000.

Following a written undertaking given by Mr Sims to the Interim Suspension Panel on 23 August 2021, Mr Sims is suspended from practice as a barrister and is prohibited from holding himself out as a barrister, pending the disposal by a Disciplinary Tribunal of any charges that prompted his referral to the Interim Suspension Panel, or as such Disciplinary Tribunal shall otherwise direct.

Date undertaking is effective from - 23 August 2021.
