Michael John Little

Called to the Bar by Lincoln's Inn in March 2010.

Following an undertaking given by Mr Little on 14 December 2018, Mr Little is suspended from his practice as a barrister pending a hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal. Mr Little is appealing the conviction that he received on 10 April 2018 and in the event that the conviction is set aside, the undertaking will cease 7 clear days after the BSB have been notified of the outcome in writing.

Date undertaking is effective from - 14 December 2018

Kevin Stewart Farquharson

Called to the Bar by Middle Temple in October 2011.

Following a hearing before an Interim Suspension panel on 26 April 2021, Mr Farquharson is suspended from his practice as a barrister until 17 September 2021. The suspension will expire earlier than 17 September 2021 if the Bar Standards Board’s investigation and any subsequent disciplinary proceedings are concluded before this date.

Date interim suspension is effective from – 26 April 2021.
