This detailed guidance is to help those applying to become an Authorised Education and Training Organisation (AETO) providing the vocational component of Bar training, eg universities. It explains how to meet the requirements of the Authorisation Framework. In particular, it explains how to meet our four principles of accessibility, affordability, flexibility and sustaining high standards. The guidance focuses on how to supply the necessary evidence to us to become authorised.
