Khalik Bhatoo, a practising barrister, on 15th day of October 2002 engaged in dishonest conduct in that he falsely stated to His Honour Mr JD that Mr OR had been instructed to appear for the applicant DKS on 14th day of October 2002 at the High Court. Khalik Bhatoo, a practising barrister, on 7th day of March 2003 engaged in dishonest conduct in that he provided to His Honour Mr JD a statement that purported to have been made by Mr OR and which he knew or believed to be false.
