Professor Jean-Noël Ezingeard is Vice‑Chancellor and President of the University of Roehampton, where he serves as academic leader and Chief Executive since 2019. He is an experienced senior executive and board member with more than twenty years’ leadership experience in large, complex and regulated organisations. He has previously held senior roles at Manchester Metropolitan University, Kingston University and Henley Business School. He has extensive experience of board‑level decision‑making, audit and risk, quality assurance, and public accountability.

Professor Christopher Bones is an experienced Board Director with significant executive experience in global business. He was Chair of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) between 2018 – 2024. Christopher is a Commissioner with the Judicial Appointments Commission which oversees judicial appointments in England and Wales and to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. He is also Chair of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  He has held Non-Executive Director (NED) roles at organisations in different sectors.

Professor Bones has advised the government on different issues and was appointed to the panel examining the long-term sustainability of the criminal legal aid system between 2022 -2023.

Abiodun Olatokun is a practising barrister at 36 Public and Human Rights, specialising in education, employment and public law. He has over a decade of non-executive and trustee experience, with substantial expertise in legal and higher education regulation.

Abiodun has worked within higher education regulatory frameworks for ten years, including as Deputy Chair of the Subject Pilot Panel for Law in the Teaching Excellence Framework, a national exercise assessing programme compliance for the Department for Education and the Office for Students. He served for a decade as an assessor for the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, developing a nuanced understanding of proportionality, transparency, and independence in ensuring public confidence in regulation.

Abiodun is recognised internationally as a leader in public legal education. He co-authored an influential Legal Services Board literature review on public legal education and numerous academic publications on the topic. He is the course convenor for Citizenship and the Rule of Law, the world’s largest online PLE course, with over 29,000 global participants. Abiodun also works with the Attorney General’s Office, serving as an expert rule of law trainer for its Youth Advisory Programme.

A passionate advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusion, Abiodun has implemented EDI policies in key organisations and embedded these values into strategy and governance discussions as Diversity Officer at the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law.
