The Bar Standards Board (BSB) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers to support our regulatory enforcement work, and particularly our regulatory investigations.
We are seeking support to deal with at least 20 investigations over the course of a year, with each investigation requiring approximately 20 hours of work. We are looking for providers with demonstrable and relevant expertise and experience in a professional regulation context and in conducting investigations. The term of any appointment would be for three years.
Those wanting to take part in the tender exercise should email ([email protected]) with relevant contact details by 5pm on Friday 5 December 2025. The Invitation to Tender will then be shared on Tuesday 9 December. We will also host a virtual Q&A on Tuesday 16 December 2025.
The deadline for all tenders to be received is 5pm on Friday 9 January 2026.
