The Bar Standards Board has received a very high volume of emails over the last few days and is aware of recent posts on X (formally Twitter) by a specific barrister on the 4 and 5 July in relation to the conflict. The Bar Standards Board will consider these posts in line with its published policies. The Bar Standards Board does not provide individual updates. Details of cases which progress to a disciplinary tribunal are published on the Bar Tribunals and Adjudication Service website.
