John Taylor (The Lord Taylor of Warwick) between 1 March 2006 and 31 October 2007 committed six offences of false accounting contrary to Theft Act 1968 which conduct was dishonest or otherwise discreditable to a barrister and for which conduct he was convicted after trial at the Southwark Crown Court on 25 January 2011, and sentenced on 31 May 2011 to a total term of 12 months imprisonment.
