Abdul Salem Zainu-Deen, between the 5th February 2001 and 30th January 2004, engaged in conduct which was likely to diminish public confidence in the legal profession or the administration of justice or otherwise bring the legal profession into disrepute in that he failed to secure and complete pupillage in accordance with the Consolidated Regulations prior to supplying legal services to Mr. J T and by so supplying legal services to the said Mr. J T thereby held himself out as self employed practising barrister.
