David E Dennis Esq, between about 6th April 1993 and 12th November 2001 and having added a sum in respect of VAT to each of his fee notes during that period, failed to account to HM Customs and Excise for any such VAT sums as and when required and/or to pay any such VAT sums to HM Customs and Excise, which conduct is discreditable to a barrister and/or is likely to diminish the public confidence in the legal profession and/or is likely to bring the legal profession into disrepute.
