Offence details:

Sanjay Roy, a barrister, engaged in discreditable conduct in that between August 2013 and 5 January 2014, he pursued a course of conduct against his partner, causing her to fear on more than one occasion that violence would be used against her and in respect of which conduct on 19 July 2016 he was convicted at the Crown Court sitting at Nottingham after entering a plea of guilty to an offence of harassment with fear of violence contrary to section 4 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 for which offence he was sentenced to a term of 18 months imprisonment suspended for two years and also made subject to a restraining order.
