Interim suspensions

Where a complaint has been referred to a disciplinary tribunal, it can take some time to be heard. In some cases, we can order that the person facing the complaint is not allowed to provide legal services until the disciplinary tribunal has taken place. This is known as an "interim suspension". We will make such a decision if it is in the public interest. We can also put conditions on the person's practice instead of ordering an interim suspension.

These barristers are currently suspended for an interim period.
