Mr Colin William Campbell, a barrister, behaved in a way which is likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in him or in the profession when, on or after 15 March 2024, after receiving fees from the Legal Aid Agency totalling £807.15 plus VAT, being fees for the professional services of Barrister A, he failed to pay those fees on to Barrister A until about 01 July 2026, despite being requested to effect payment on a number of occasions from (at the latest) August 2024 onwards.
