Emmanuel Oduntan, an unregistered barrister, behaved in a way which is likely to diminish public confidence in the legal profession or the administration of justice or otherwise bring the legal profession into disrepute, in that on 10 June 2004 B appeared before Highbury Corner Magistrates and was convicted under S5(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1998, for driving a motor vehicle with excess alcohol on 6 June 2004.
