a) Filed a Notice of Acting in a claim number 9PA92854 in the Leeds County Court on behalf of an organisation called ?Consumer & Family Legal Services? in which he had an interest;

b) The said Notice read ?TAKE NOTICE that we, the undersigned, Consumer & Family Legal Services of Tower Point, 44 North Road, Brighton, Sussex BN1 1YR have been instructed as Counsel through NE Law..?;

c) The said Notice was signed as ?Consumer & Family Legal Services, Counsel to the Defendant?.

Such conduct being serious due to its nature and extent pursuant to paragraph 901.5 of the Code of Conduct.
