Adnan Siddiq behaved in a way which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in him and in the profession, contrary to Core Duty 5, in that, on 29 September 2019 at the A12 Eastway Tunnel Northbound London E9 Adnan Siddiq failed to co-operate with a roadside breath test, acting contrary to Section 6(6) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and on 29 September 2019 at the custody suite at Stoke Newington Police Station Adnan Siddiq failed to provide a specimen of breath acting contrary to Section 7(6) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 as a result of which conduct he was convicted of offences under sections 6(6) and 7(6) Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 on 15 October 2019 at Thames Magistrates Court.
