Mr Naseem Ahmed Bajwa
Naseem Bajwa, a barrister, dishonestly made a false declaration on the admission application to Gray’s Inn in failing to disclose that he had been convicted of a disciplinary offence and fined by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, in that:
(a) on 8 March 2011, Mr Bajwa completed and signed an application for admission to Gray's Inn which stated that he had never been convicted of a disciplinary offence by a professional or regulatory body.
(b) Mr Bajwa had on 10 June 2010 been convicted of a disciplinary offence and fined by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
(c) Mr Bajwa, acted dishonestly by making the application because he knew that the statement that he had never been convicted of a disciplinary offence by a professional or regulatory body was false.
Naseem Bajwa, a barrister, made a declaration on the admission application to Gray’s Inn which was materially false in that:
(a) On 8 March 2011, Mr Bajwa completed and signed an application for admission to Gray's Inn which stated that he had never been convicted of a disciplinary offence by a professional or regulatory body.
(b) Mr Bajwa, had on 10 June 2010 been convicted of a disciplinary offence and fined by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal
