User Feedback Surveys

We conduct an ongoing User Feedback Survey (formally known as user satisfaction surveys) of all complainants and barristers involved in the complaints system.  The Feedback Survey was introduced as an integral part of the complaints process in April 2009 and the results are reported on an annual basis.
