BSB Equality and Diversity Strategy 2017-19

The Bar Standards Board two year equality and diversity strategy (2017-19) sets out how we will deliver on our commitment to improve diversity in the profession, internal workforce, and ensure that equality considerations are factored into the delivery of our functions.

The Strategy is relevant to all those who use services provided by the Bar Standards Board and those that work with us in delivering our regulatory objectives. This includes members of the public, barristers, pupils, all those working in chambers and those that work with us.
