The Joint Advocacy Group (JAG) which represents the Bar Standards Board, ILEX Professional Standards and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is inviting tenders from organisations to deliver:

• the assessments for progression and reaccreditation, and
• the defined CPD for advocates which form part of the quality assurance scheme for advocates.

A small number of organisations will be approved to deliver the assessment and CPD at locations across England and Wales to all advocates within the scheme (regardless of their route to qualification) at levels two, three and four.

Submissions may be made to deliver either the assessments or CPD or both.
