This section of the website provides information about various aspects of the Bar Standards Board’s performance in relation to complaints handling, including any disciplinary action arising from complaints.

Annual and Quarterly Performance Reports

The BSB produces both Annual and Quarterly Performance Reports on complaints handling which are primarily designed for internal purposes to assist management, staff, the Complaints Committee and the Board in monitoring performance as well as identifying trends and potential improvements in relation to the complaints and disciplinary system.  Links to recent reports are provided below.

User Satisfaction Survey Report

The Bar Standards Board conducts an ongoing User Satisfaction Survey of all complainants and barristers involved in the complaints system.  The Satisfaction Survey was introduced as an integral part of the complaints process in April 2009 and the results are reported on an annual basis.  Links to recent reports are provided below.
