The Committee Information and Guidance pack is designed to provide a resource to both new and existing members of the Professional Conduct Committee (previously known as the Complaints Committee until January 2012). It was originally issued in March 2009 and has regularly been updated since.

Please note, revisions will be made to some sections of the pack in the first half of 2012, as some areas are now out of date (for example, the 'Introduction' section was applicable as at January 2011).
